Faith Over Feelings

2 Corinthians 5:7 — “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

Faith is not a feeling. Feelings change — faith doesn’t.
Some days you may feel strong, other days weak; but faith stands firm on what God has said, not on what you see or feel.

The enemy often uses emotions to shake your confidence in God. When you feel afraid, disappointed, or forgotten, he whispers, “Where is your God now?” But faith replies, “He is here, even if I can’t feel Him.”

Think about Peter. When he walked on water, he was fine as long as he kept his eyes on Jesus. The moment he focused on the waves — his feelings of fear — he began to sink. The same happens to us when we shift from faith to fear.

Faith says, “It is done,” even when nothing looks done.
Faith rests on the promises of God, not the emotions of man.
If you can trust that a light switch will work before you see the light, how much more can you trust the God who created light itself?

Today, choose to believe beyond how you feel. Faith sees victory even in the valley.

3- Lord, silence every voice of doubt and fear trying to weaken my faith.

4- God, teach me to walk in confidence knowing You are in control.

5- Father, let my faith produce testimonies that glorify Your name.

🕊️ 5 Prayers of Confession:

1- Lord, forgive me for letting fear and emotions rule my decisions.

2- Forgive me for doubting Your promises when things don’t go my way.

3- Father, I confess I’ve relied more on feelings than on faith — have mercy on me.

4- Cleanse me from every unbelief that limits Your power in my life.
